Incoming Iowa Wrestling recruit Zach Glazier won a Minnesota State title in Freestyle at 195 lbs. Glazier was 3-0 with 3 tech falls and outscored his opponents 30-0.
Glazier will now represent Team Minnesota at the Junior National Championships in Fargo, ND on July 14-16. Glazier captured a AAA State title at 182 lbs. this past season and a title at 170 lbs. in 2018.
Glazier, from Albert Lea, MN (Albert Lea Area HS), is a member of the Iowa Wrestling Recruiting Class of 2019 that also includes Abe Assad of Carol Stream, IL (Glenbard North HS) and Cobe Siebrecht of Lisbon, Iowa.
