Bretli Reyna of South Dade High School in Homestead, FL has given a verbal commitment to the University of Iowa. Reyna is a highly ranked recruit that is shooting up the rankings after winning Super 32 recently where he defeated three nationally ranked wrestlers. He was named as the Adidas High School Wrestler of the Week for winning Super 32.
Reyna is currently ranked #35 on the FloWrestling Big Boarard of all the recruits in the country. The great performance at Super 32 drove Reyna up the rankings from #96. Reyna is already a three-time State champion entering his senior season at South Dade, the same high school as Patricio Lugo.
Willie Saylor of FloWrestling reported that Reyna chose Iowa over Lehigh and is projected at 149/157 for the Hawks.

Reyna adds to the already stacked Iowa Wrestling Recruiting Class of 2020.
Iowa Wrestling is definitely on a roll out On the Recruiting Trail. This is the third big recruit that Iowa has landed in the last nine days as the Hawks also received verbals from Wyatt Henson and Leif Schroeder.
National Letter of Intent Signing Day for the Recruiting Class of 2020 will be Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
