The final college wrestling rankings of the regular season are out for TrackWrestling, InterMat, and WIN Magazine.  Iowa increased their lead a little bit over Penn State in the team race. The top three teams remained the same with Iowa, Penn State, and Ohio State. There is real big drop off from three to four in the team race and three different teams are ranked fourth.

Max Murin, Pat Lugo and Jacob Warner are ranked a little bit higher than last week after posting impressive wins and Kaleb Young dropped a little bit.

Iowa has eight wrestlers ranked in the top four, nine in the top six, and all ten ranked in the top 8. Those stats do all the talking that is needed.

After a fast pace for the regular season, everything will be quiet in college wrestling for the next two weeks until the Conference Championships take place on March 7-8.

Iowa will compete next at the Big Ten Championships in Piscataway, New Jersey at Rutgers on March 7-8.
