It is the biggest weekend of the year for incoming Iowa Wrestling recruits. We will have five recruits competing in their state tournament and three recruits competing in state qualifying tournaments.
Gabe Christenson, Cullan and Colby Schriever and Caleb Rathjen will be competing in the Iowa High School State Tournament. Cam Lucero will be competing in the Colorado High School State Tournament. Christenson will start the week off by competing in State Duals today.
Patrick Kennedy, Bretli Reyna, and Wyatt Henson will be competing in qualifying tournaments for their state tournament.
Jesse Ybarra and Leif Schroeder won state titles last weekend to wrap up their year of competition.
We are in great luck wrestling fans. We can follow all of our recruits on TrackWrestling this weekend except for Henson and his tournament will be covered by FloWrestling. Gotta love what the media is offering to follow high school wrestling at no charge.
