Incoming Iowa Hawkeye Drake Rhodes will begin his senior season this weekend at the Mining City Duals. Rhodes, from Billings, Montana (West High School) enters the season as a two-time state champion and three time state finalist. Rhodes is ranked #22 in the country at 152 by MatScouts.

Rhodes recently placed fourth at 160 at the USAW Brian Keck Memorial Preseason Nationals in Des Moines to become a three-time All American at that event. Rhodes is a member of the outstanding recruiting Class of 2022 and is projected to compete at 165/174.

We have a lot to follow this season with 13 incoming recruits competing all across the country. I will do my best to bring you results this season for all of our incoming recruits right here on my blog.

The future looks great for Iowa Wrestling.
