We are down to just five dual meets before the tournaments begin. These meets will all be at a high level of intensity and great entertainment for wrestling fans. The competition is going to go up a big notch from here on out. Every match will be a preview for Big Tens and/or the NCAA National Tournament. Every single match is crucial for seeds at the National Tournament.
I broke down the first five weights of 125-157 to show who the upcoming opponents will be. You get a sense of how tough the Big Ten really is. The top five ranked wrestlers at 141 are in the Big Ten. The top three, six of the top ten, and ten of the top twenty-two ranked teams in the country are in the Big Ten.
I will have a blog for 165-Hwt tomorrow.
