It was a good weekend for incoming Iowa Wrestling recruits. Drake Rhodes was 4-0 with four first period pins at AA State Duals. Jesuroga, Jesuroga, Martinson, Martinson, and Hill all won titles at the Ed Winger Invitational in Urbandale. Nate Jesuroga had two pins, a tech fall, and a medical forfeit to win the title at 126.
Ben Kueter was 4-0 with three pins and a tech fall at the Bean City Duals. Kueter wrestled at Hwt in two of those matches. Aiden Riggins was 4-0 with three tech falls and a pin at the Rick Caldwell Invitational.
Coming up next will be conference tournament weekend in Iowa followed by the tournament season.
