The University of Iowa Women’s Wrestling team will have seven wrestlers competing at the Missouri Valley Open. Action will begin at Noon today. On Saturday the wrestling will begin at 9 AM in the Burns Athletic Complex in Marshall, Missouri.
I have been waiting for a competition to follow our Women’s team and here we go. The Lady Hawks officially begin competing next year but they can compete unattached this season.
I am hoping we see more and more of our Hawks competing in tournaments like this. I am past ready to watch and follow Iowa Women’s Wrestling.
