This is the last weekend of competition of the high school season for our incoming Iowa Wrestling recruits. We will have four recruits competing at State.
State. That one word means so much to us Iowans. The Iowa High School State Tournament.
State has a different format this year. There is one session per day in a four-day tournament of Wednesday-Saturday.
Ben Kueter, Gabe Arnold and Ryder Block will be competing in 3A and Kale Petersen will be in 2A.
Kueter will be looking to become a four-time undefeated state champion. Kale Petersen and Ryder Block will be looking to win their third state title. This is the first year for Gabe Arnold to wrestle at State.
Keyan Hernandez won his third AA Montana state title last weekend.
