Incoming recruit Gabe Arnold will represent Team USA at the 2023 U20 Pan American Championships in Santiago, Chile. The men’s freestyle will be on Saturday and Sunday, July 8-9.
Arnold will be competing at 79 KG where he recently placed second at the U20 World Team Trials. In April Arnold won U20 Nationals in Las Vegas.
Arnold is in the Iowa Wrestling Recruiting Class of 2023 and won a state title at City High (Iowa City) this year. He was ranked third at 182 and #19 in the Class of 2023 Big Board by MaScouts for their final rankings.
