Kael Voinovich announced on Instagram that he has committed to the University of Iowa where he will be a member of the Iowa Wrestling Recruiting Class of 2024. Voinovich is a senior at City High in Iowa City, Iowa where he transferred in this season from Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Voinovich is projected to compete at 157/165 for the Hawks.
Kael is the younger brother of Victor Voinovich, a sophomore at 149 lbs. for the Hawkeyes.
I will add Kael to my list of incoming Iowa Wrestling recruits that I follow on this blog.
As I have done for years I will post a blog on Friday of where our incoming recruits will be competing for the weekend and a follow up blog with results.
