It will be #2 Iowa vs. #3 Oklahoma State in legendary sold out Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Sunday, February 23 at 7:30 PM CST.

Heated rivalry for decades between the two most successful programs in the history of college wrestling.

Live TV with BTN with the entire country watching in primetime.

Letterwinners and the national championship Iowa teams of 1975 and 2000 will be introduced before the meet.

It is Senior Day and the last time our Hawk seniors will compete in Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Great weather after the coldest stretch of the year.

It is the Sunday of State Wrestling weekend here in Iowa so the fans will be more ornery than usual in a great way.

Last dual meet of the season.

A sold out Carver-Hawkeye Arena that will be loud. Very loud.

What more could you ask for?

As far as rankings go to be favored in matches it is 5-5 between Iowa and Oklahoma State.

Oklahoma State has the higher ranked wrestler at 125, 141, 174, 184 and Hwt. Iowa has the higher ranked wrestler at 133, 149, 157, 165, and 197.

So if rankings hold true then it will come down to bonus points.

This is going to be a great dual meet.

This type of dual meet and setting is why some chose to be an Iowa Wrestler…and an Iowa Wrestling fan.

Let’s get ‘em in the middle.
