Brackets were released for the National Collegiate Women’s Wrestling Championships (NCWWC) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on March 8-9.
The University of Iowa has thirteen of the fifteen wrestlers that qualified seeded in the top eight.
The Hawks have three wrestlers with the #1 seed: Emilie Gonzalez(101), Marlynne Deede(155), and Kylie Welker(170).
Sterling Dias(101), Ava Bayless(109), and Reese Larramendy(143) are the #2 seed.
Iowa enters their first National tournament ranked #2 in the country.
