Our incoming recruits had a good weekend.
Leo DeLuca won the 120 lbs. title at the National Prep Tournament in Lehigh, Pennsylvania. DeLuca was 5-0 with three tech falls, a pin and a major decision.
Harvey Ludington rolled to a title at the NJSIAA District 22 in Trenton. Ludington had a :52 and :24 pin before scoring a 22-5 tech fall in 1:03 in the finals.
Isabella Gonsales was 4-0 with four first period pins at the Masters Tournament in Fresno. Samantha Sachs had three first period pins and a DQ at the Masters Tournament in La Habra.
The California Girls State Tournament is next weekend.
Leister Bowling wrapped up his season with a state title last weekend.
Our remaining recruits will be back in competition next weekend.
