Bella Williams announced on Instagram that she has committed to the University of Iowa.
Williams will be a member of the Iowa Women’s Wrestling Recruiting Class of 2025.
From Edmond(North HS) Oklahoma, Williams is #2 at 130 and #8 in the overall P4P in the National Girls High School Rankings.
For the Class of 2025 rankings Williams is #1 at 130 and #4 P4P.
Over the last two weeks Williams placed second at U20 Nationals at 59kg/130 lbs. in Spokane, Washington. She then won gold at the 2025 U20 Pan American Championships at 59 kg in Queretaro, Mexico.
Williams was a 2024 U17 Pan American gold medalist at 65 kg.
In Fargo Williams won U16 and Junior national titles.
This is another elite recruit to be added to the Iowa Women’s Wrestling program.
Iowa has won an NCWWC national title in their first two years of competition and they are reloading for future success.
